POD Design Bundle provides digital downloadable products.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be downloaded immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available once a digital product has been successfully downloaded.

However, we understand that technical problems can occur.

Refund or Resolution Requests

We may consider a refund, replacement, or other appropriate resolution in circumstances such as:

• The purchased file is corrupted or technically defective
• The download is incomplete
• A purchased product was not received because of a technical delivery problem
• The same product was accidentally purchased more than once in an obvious duplicate transaction

Technical Problems

If you experience a problem with a purchased digital file, please contact us before submitting a refund request.

Please provide:

• Your name
• Order information
• Product name
• Description of the problem
• Relevant screenshots or other information where helpful

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refund eligibility may also be affected by applicable consumer protection laws and the terms of the payment or checkout provider used for the transaction.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or limit any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
